Today we’re going to make a fresh juice using lots of fresh, vibrant fruits and vegetables. This juice recipe can be found on our website, and it’s called ‘Pear, Apple, Carrot Juice.’
So, to start off, I’ve gotten all of our produce ready. We’ve washed our apple. We’ve washed our pear. We’ve then cut those to remove the core. We prepared our ginger just by cutting off a few thin slices. We’ve washed our carrots, and then we’ve washed our spinach, so now we’re ready to go.
A fresh juice is a great way to stay hydrated. During treatment sometimes plain water doesn’t taste very. A juice like this is a perfect way to help the fluid taste good, so you can stay hydrated, while at the same time giving yourself many servings of fruits and vegetables that contain those important phytonutrients to support your immune system. It can also help to boost your energy level.
So, in order to make our juice, we’re going to turn on our juicer. And now our juice is ready to go, so we’re going to pour our juice into a nice glass. Now, you can also add ice to cool this and make it even more refreshing. I like to garnish my juices with some fresh herbs, like this mint, which also adds a nice flavor and some additional nutrients.
Now you have a healthy, fresh drink. Enjoy!
