Today’s video is a highly requested video on my current favorite protein weight loss shakes. Shakes contributed to the bulk of my weight loss success, because they are easy to make, I don’t have to cook and they keeps
me full. These shakes range in calories between 150-210.

Ingredients—

Shake #1: Salted Caramel Butter Pecan
Salted Caramel Protein Powder (Sprouts) — 1 scoop
Silk Cashew Milk — 1 cup
Chopped Pecans — (1 1/2 TBS)
Stevia — (1 to 2 packets — optional)
Ice (optional)
Dairy Free Whipped Cream (as shown in video)

Shake #2: Banana Nut Muffin
1 scoop of YOUR favorite plant based protein powder
Chopped Walnuts (1 1/2 TBS)
1 Banana (you can only use half if you want)
Stevia (1 to 2 packets — optional)
Ice (optional)
Almond Milk (1 cup)
Dairy Free Whipped Cream (as shown in video)
Cinnamon (you can blend it in or use as a finishing topping)

Shake #3: Lemon Ice Box Pie
1 scoop of YOUR favorite plant based protein powder
1 packet of lemonade (as shown in video)
1 to 2 tsp of lemon juice from a fresh lemon
Stevia (1 to 2 packets)
Lemon Oreo Thins (2 cookies blended) 1 cookies (crumbled — for topping)
Dairy Free Whipped Cream (as shown in video)
Almond Milk (1 cup)
