In this video I am showing you how to juice jicama. I am sharing 2 juice recipes using Jicama which is great for weight loss, is diabetic friendly, and aids in digestion. Since Jicama is both low on the glycemic index and low in calorie it is a great base to a healthy juice recipe. To make these juices I am using the Nama J2 juicer which is the easiest juicer to both juice with and clean. Because of the Nama J2s design I no longer have to stand and feed the juicer. I now just fill up the hopper, close the lid and turn it on. This makes this juicer ideal for batch juicing. I have been more consistent with juicing because now juicing is a breeze. The Nama is great with root veggies, soft fruits and veg, and leafy greens.
