One of the highlights of 2019 was the return of THE Disney boy band of the mid-2000s, the Jonas Brothers. It was one of those seminal moments: we’ll all remember what we were doing when the Jonas Brothers reunited. Well, on second thought, I actually don’t remember what I was doing when the Jonas Brothers reunited, but I do remember adding their lead single “Sucker” to my workout playlist instantly. (I mean, how could you not?)
One of our favorite fitness YouTubers, Maddie Lymburner, took things a step further. She set a full ab routine to the single, and we’re — wait for it — a sucker for it. Luckily the choreography is so fun and spot-on, because this routine starts out fast and never lets up. The amount of double leg lifts alone is making me shudder. You could play this song at half-speed and still work up a sweat, so we’re giving major kudos to Maddie for making it through and making it look easy!
