Often we come up with exercises that fix not just one, but more parts of the body that need to be addressed. Be it weight loss, muscle mass increase, body building, or posture correction.
Today I have come up with a series of routines that will help address belly fat and at the same time help correct your posture. That is by doing exercises that target your core and back muscles and doing them together to ensure success on both areas!
