Hi guys, so I haven’t been happy with the weight gain that I put on over the holidays. So I decided to do a 30 day low carb weight loss challenge to shed that holiday weight and get back on track with my weight loss journey. I’ve decided to drink two protein shakes and one low carb meal everyday for 30 days to see how much weight I can lose. Follow me on my journey. I am not a medical doctor, nurse etc.. and I’m not doing this video to try and teach anyone on how they should lose weight. Some may not agree with the choices that I may be making but this is what i chose to try for me.
