Always wanted some #breakfast #lunch and #dinner ideas, I have solved it. This video shows HOW to make 2 smothies that can be consumed anytime of the day. They are rich in nutrients and satisfying.
Please use frozen fruits
Fruit Smoothie
1 cup pineapple
1/2 cup mixed berries
1 cup strawberries
1 cup almond milk
1 cup plain yogurt.
1 banana
1/4 cup protein shake or protein powder
Green Smoothie
Spinach (substitute kale, carrot root top)
Ginger
1 cup kiwi
1 tsb plain yogurt
1/2 banana
