This intense routine will make our kids burn more body fat as they’ll expend a lot of energy to complete the first phase with cardio exercises. The second phase features dynamic weight-bearing exercises that require the use of multiple muscles, thus making the little ones expend even more energy. This will burn lots of fat and calories, helping them lose weight! These exercises will be done in two sets to increase the effectiveness of the weight loss process.
