Here is another full-body exercise to burn overall body weight! Yesterday we challenged you to a 2-week challenge, well today, we’re challenging you to lose 3kg in just 1 week!
This challenge of course should be done on a daily basis for 7 days and it runs for approximately 13mins with rest times in between. The exercises in this video aren’t that difficult but they can be challenging especially for newbies. They are also full-on cardio so expect that your heart rate will go up as you do this. But that’s ok, that means that you’ll be having the best workout session!
