Here are the ingredients for the coffee-chocolate smoothie/shake
1 cup water
1 1/2 tsp instant coffee (or 1 cup brewed black coffee)
1 tbsp raw cocoa powder
1 frozen banana
3 dates
1/2 cup low fat milk
1/2 cup low fat curd/yogurt
1 tbsp flax seeds
3 tbsp oats
3 sliced almonds and 1/2 tsp chia seeds to garnish
NOTE: You can add chia seeds instead of flax seeds
Here are the ingredients for a morning hot coffee with added cocoa:
Coffee (free of fat-storing creams and milk)
Pure cocoa powder
This is a very good breakfast drink and a good way to lose weight.
