Since we’re all in quarantine or lockdown right now, I thought what better way to share this video than now!! Ever since I lost weight 6 years ago I’ve ALWAYS been one of those people that loves to workout from home, and I’m gonna show you my exact routine that I’ve been doing now for years to lose weight + maintain weight loss. I’m a big fan of pilates, and trust me when I say that these workouts may look easy.. but they’re super intense and will definitely tone you up! I’m going to show you my entire full body workout, from strength training (booty, legs, abs, arms) to cardio which will give you a bangin’ body everyone will be jealous of :’)
