One thing to keep in mind when juice fasting/cleansing is that, juicing strips all of the fiber (pulp) from your juices and therefore; if you are juicing exclusively for an extended period of time, you may find yourself not eliminating properly. If this is the case, consider incorporating the use of a gentle colon cleanse to keep things moving!
