14 Day Weight Loss Challenge At Home

If you want some added challenge in your workouts, try exercising for nearly half an hour and do it for 2 weeks daily!

This workout will really help with your weight loss success in that all the routines here work toward a single goal–to burn overall body fat form all parts of your body without the need to go to the gym or use any equipment at all!

This workout is recommended to be done everyday for the next 14 days. Given that it lasts about 30 mins, you may need to do this workout in splits of you can’t do it in one whole run. And that’s ok! As long as you workout everyday until you finish the challenge, you should be seeing amazing results as you go along.
