in today’s video i am going to talk about how important it is to follow a workout plan and it is equally important to workout in a sequence
we need to incorporate cardio exercises for overall fat loss as well as specific body part workouts for toning and strengthening them
today i will be sharing a full workout plan of a week that you can follow to maintain a sequence of workouts
it also helps in our body not getting used to the same workouts everyday
also it will help our body to heal from muscle soreness as we do different workouts everyday
warm up is the most important part of starting any workout
plzzz do not skip warm up/stretching
it will prevent our body from any type of injury
do not drink a lot of water just before or during workouts it may cause stomach ache
if you are starting workouts after a long time or for first time ,you may feel nauseated or may feel weakness ,do not panic ,its normal if we suddenly start working out..
rest for few minutes,splash some water on your face,sip some water and start again
your body is capable of doing much more than you think
