This 30-Minute Glee Dance Workout Is All Kinds of “Loser Like Me” Fun

Fitness YouTuber Kyra Provost (Kyra Pro) is a real pro at creating dance workouts set to songs full of nostalgia — remember her boy band session? Now, she’s sharing a fun workout that will have us dancing along to covers and original hits sung by the cast of the musical wonderland and high school drama that was, and still is, Glee.

The workout itself is almost half an hour long and features iconic tracks like “Don’t Stop Believin’,” “Loser Like Me” (duh!), “Jessie’s Girl,” and “Bust Your Windows.” You’ll see a virtual clock on the screen, so you’ll know when to switch up dance moves.
