Do you think I can Lose Xamt by Next Friday?
I have no idea. How fast you lose weight is determined MAINLY by how overweight you are. The fatter you are = the faster you lose weight. Also, how motivated are you to lose weight? Are you using a diet / how many calories do you eat and etc. It’s so many factors I can’t (without knowing) say you’ll lose this much in this amount of time.
