First Juice (Sweet):
1 Small Beet
2 Celery Stalks
1 Red Apple
8 Carrots
3 Handfuls of Spinach
Second Juice (Tangy):
1 Lemon (Feel free to use half)
1 Pear
1 Apple
1/2 cucumber
4 Celery stalks
1 thumb of ginger root
Third Juice (Earthy):
4 Handfuls of Kale or 4 stalks
1 Green Apple
1/2 Lime
2 Celery stalks
1 thumb of ginger
