Tip: If you would like a thicker smoothie, add ice 😊

Smoothies are a great way to increase your veggie/fruit intake for the day! They can be a meal replacement or a snack.

But remember…you have to be consistent with eating healthier and incorporating active movement (low impact workouts, HIIT, strength training, biking, etc) to see results overtime!
