In this video, I want to talk about how to eat vegetables if you don’t like them. If you’re one of those people that just don’t like to eat vegetables, how can you get more in your diet?

You may not know this, but I am one of those people who doesn’t like vegetables—and yet I consume a lot of them.

So why don’t people like vegetables?
1. They are time-consuming to prepare.
2. They don’t taste that great.
3. They don’t give you a lot of pleasure.
4. They require a lot of chewing.

Despite these things, you have to consume vegetables for their:
• Raw enzymes
• Vitamins
• Minerals
• Fiber
• And other nutrients

You have to consume vegetables if you want to fix liver damage, lose weight, and get healthy. At least half of which need to be raw vegetables. This may require a mindset change from eating only for pleasure to eating for your health or long-term pleasure.

One of the best ways to eat vegetables if you don’t like them is to drink them. I like to create a healthy drink and pack in a ton of vegetables. Here’s how:
1. Take a blender and fill it halfway with water
2. Take 7-8 cups of frozen kale and blend it in the water
3. Take fruit (if you’re not trying to lose weight), flavored stevia, or instance kale shake (available on my online store) and blend it with the kale
4. Enjoy
