My Method (Feel free to adjust to fit your lifestyle or goals)

Using this method I was able to lose 20 lbs in 30 days and I am still losing weight and toning up. Keep in mind, that in order to accomplish my rapid weight loss I literally went from eating processed foods everyday to cutting out all processed foods the very next day. That may be unrealistic for some but for me, when I could no longer fit my pants, that was the push I needed.

So I drink 2 smoothies everyday and that holds me over until dinner. I usually eat my dinner around 3 or 4pm to give myself plenty of time to digest everything. I try to prepare my own meal as much as possible but if I dont feel like it I will grab grilled nuggets from Chic Fil A or I will go to Whole foods and get something from the Hot Bar.

If I go out to eat with friends or family I make it a point to find out where we are going in advance to study the menu so that I can find something that does not compromise my plan. That way when the server gets to me I already know what I want instead of panicking and picking something that I used to order SMH.
