Raita is a delicious and smooth side dish for lunch or dinner. It is made with Cucumber, Carrots, Beetroots, mix fruits, vegetables and some spices.

How to make Pink Raita( Beetroots Raita)
INGREDIENTS
1 Onion Chopped
1/2 Beetroot Grated
1 Cucumber Grated
1 TBSp Mint Leaves
2 TBSP Fresh Coriander
Green Chilli chopped 2.nos
Roasted Cumin Powder 1/2 Tsp
Chat Masala 1/2 Tsp
Salt 1/2 Tsp
Black Salt 1/2 Tsp
Yogurt 400 ml

For Seasoning Raita
Mustard Oil 2 Tbsp
Mustard Seeds 1/2 Tsp
Asafoetida 1/4 Tsp
Red Dry Chilli

Method
Add all the Ingredients in a bowl and mix it well.
Heat 2 Tbsp mustard oil add mustard seeds Asafoetida Red dry chilli, pour on raita
serve it.
