I am eating A LOT… compared to what I was eating after Christmas and New Years celebrations.
These meals are full of protein from eggs, beef, salmon and whey protein and then peanut butter with 2 protein shakes and carbs at every meal. I am actually a pretty big guy so I need to eat to be able to fuel the workouts I want to have AND the fat loss.
I am not going to lie, I am making an effort to fit in 6 meals at this point (I do better with fewer meals because I do a lot and am all over the place busy most of the time).
We will dig into this nutrition side of things and enjoy the process to build some real momentum around this New Nick lifestyle.
